Panama City, one of the "100 Best Small Art Towns in America", host a wide variety of local treasure. The Visual Arts Center, McKenzie Park, great restaurants, beautiful marina, wonderful galleries -- a whole world of wonderful places to discover. Doowntown is very quait, lot's of small shoppes, great people that are very friendly, some cute little dining establishments and a great place just to window shop and catch a great hot dog or dine at some of the fine cafes along Harrison Avenue, You can actually walk all the way to the Marina and take in the view of the bay looking out to the Gulf where the pass is.

The Downtown spirit is festive and fun. All year long there's always something going on: jazz and blues festivals, live stage productions, classic car parades, art shows and, of course, the annual event Oktoberfest. In the past few years Downtown Panama City has hosted a Friday Night Affair, every Friday the streets are blocked off and vendors and entertainment come out and fun is had by all.
